PETITION FOR ADVANCED DISTRIBUTION
COMES NOW, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Personal Representative
of the above named estate, by and through its undersigned counsel, Harold
H. Goldman, Esquire and respectfully petitions as follows:
1. The decedent Theodore E. Zieminski, died on August 29, 1978.
2. At the time of the decedent's death he was survived by three L3)
adult children, Beth Yopp, William MacPherson, and Brian MacPherson.
3. That the decedent was also survived by a mentally incompetent
daughter, Barbara MacPherson who died on March 15, 1979, a copy of her
death certiEicr~te being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
4. That Nancy MacPherson, mother and natural guardian of Barbara
MacPherson was named as the Administratrix of the Estate of the said
Barbara MacPherson, deceased.
~ 5. That at the time of the decedent's death he was seized and
possessed of certain assets which he used and traded under the name
"T 6 J Mobile Home Service", a copy of said assets being attached hereto
and marked Exhibit "B".
6. That the value of the assets of "T ~ J Mobile Home Service" is
the sum of $35,000.00, each of the above heirs being entitled to an un-
divided one-fourth right, title and interest therein.
7. That each of the three C3) adult children of the decedent and
Nancy MacPherson as Administratrix of the estate of Barbara MacPherson,
deceased have entered into an agreement dated June 11, 1979 wherein the
aforesaid assets of "T A J Mobile Home Service" be distributed to Beth Yopp,
William MacPherson and Brian MacPherson equally in one-third shares and the
sum of $8,750.00 be distributed unto Nancy MacPherson as Administratrix of
the estate of Barbara MacPherson, deceased as her distributive share of
