8. That the parties to the estate as well ae the Personal-
Representative of the within estate believe it to be in the best interest
of all parties concerned to make an immediate advanced distribtution as
herein requested. "
9. That there are sufficient assets remaining in the estate after
the advance distribution to provide for all claimants and creditors of the
estate.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that an order be
entered authorizing and directing the advance distribution from the within
estate as follows: ~
A. To Beth Yopp, an undivided one-third right title and interest
in and to the assets of "T & J Mobile Hame_Service" as set forth in Exhibit
"B" hereof, and having a value of $8,750.00.
B. To William MacPherson, an undivided one-third right title and
interest in and to the assets of "T 6 J Mobile Home Service" as set forth
in Exhibit "B" hereof, and having a value of $8,750.00.
C. To Brian MacPherson, an undivided one-third right title and
interest in and to the. assets of "T 6 J Hobile Home Service" as set forth
in Exhibit "B" hereof, and having a value of $8,750.00.
D. To Nancy MacPherson, Administratrix of the estate of Barbara
MacPherson, deceased, cash in the sum of $8,750.00.
