ONE QUARTER (1/4) of the value of said business.
3. BETH ANN YOPP, BRIAN H. MACPHERSON and WILLIAM T.
MACPHERSON hereby agree to and do direct the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Florida to distribute to NANCY L. MACPHERSON from each of their
shares of said estate, TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN DOLLARS and
66/100 (;2,916.66) to fulfill their obligation as stated in paragraph 2 of above.
4. NANCY L. MACPHERSON hereby agrees to and does direct
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY as executor of the estate of THEODORE
E. ZIEMINSKI, to distribute her interest in the property comprising T. and J.
MobEe Home Service in equal shares to BETH ANN YOPP, BRIAN H. MAC-
. PHERSON and WILLIAM T. MACPHERSON.
5. All other assets of the estate of THEODORE E. ZIEMINSKI,
after completion of the above, shall be divided equally among the parties.
6. Each of the parties hereto agrees for himself, his heirs and
assigns to execute any further documents which may be necessary to effect the
above transfers in compliance with the laws of the State of Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and
seals on the day and date first above written.
