THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing on the Petition for Advance
Distribution filed herein by the Personal Representative and the Court
having given consideration to the request, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that advance distribution from the within
estate be made as follows:
A. To Beth Yopp,.an undivided one-third right title and interest
in and to the assets of "T ~ J Mobile Home Service" as set forth in Exhibit
"B" hereof, and having a value of $8,750.00.
B. To 6lilliam MacPherson, an undivided one-third right title and

D. To Nancy MacPherson, Administratrix of the estate of Barbara
MacPherson, deceased, cash in the sum of $8,750.00.
