THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard the 31st day of July,
1979, and the Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, being
represented by J. Michael Brennan, Esq,, and the Defendant,
LEONARD WEBB, JR., being before the Court, and the Court
without the intervention of a ~ ury and the Court finding that
the Defendant, LEONARD WEBB, JR., is indebted to the Plaintiff,
SUN BANK OF ST, LUCIE COUNTY, in the sum of $848.77, plus
attorney fees in the amount of $212..00; ,therefore
It is considered, ordered and adjudged that the Plaintiff
do hereby recover of and from said Defendant the sum of $1,060.77,
damages, together with the costs in this behalf expended herein
and taxed at $28,00, for all of which let execution issue.
Done and Ordered in open court at Fort Pierce, Florida,
this day of August, 1979.
