THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard the 31st day of July,
1979, for a hearing and trial before the Court without inter-
vention of a jury, and tote Court finding that the Defendants,
ROBERT POtJELEIT and CAROLS POWELEIT, are indebted to the
Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, on a promissory note
and on a Master Charge account in the sum of $1,205.64, plus
attorney fees in the amount of $294.00; therefore t
It is considered, ordered and adjudged that said Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from said Defendants the sum of

expended and herein taxed at $28.50, for all of which let
