Property inwrance (fue and asualty) ( is required. Flood inwnnce in terrain designated areas is also required. Mortgage life inwnrioe is not requited. Such insurance as is required or desired may be obtained from or through any duly licensed person or company that Borrower may choose, wbjed to Lender i right to refuse an insurer for good erase. LATE PAYMENT AND DEFAULT: Borrowers arc wbject to a late chuge not to exceed 2~ of any installment unpaid for 10 days after the due date with a minimum charge as may be reasonably imposed by the bank from time to tune- after default or maturity the principal wm remaining unpaid and accrued interest shall both beu interest at the maximum rate then allowed by law.
