to take acknowledgments, personally appeared REITHA L. Lee
to we well knolvn and who being duly sworn, deposes and says:
THAT the JESSE REYNOLD6 in that certain Deed dated April 30, 1936, filed
June 16, 1936 iu Deed Book 89, Page 103 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida from VIRGINIA M. and N. M. LETTS to JESSE REYNOLD6 are one and
the same person as JESSIE REYNOLDS who is shown deceased in that certain Death
Certificate on file in Official Records Book 291, Page 924 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THAT the JESSE REYNOLD6 mentioned above is not one and the same JESSE
REYNOLD6 named in .that certain Notice of Federal Tax Lien dated December 21,
1978, recorded in Official Records Book 301, Page 1382 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
THAT the JESSE REYNOLD6 mentioned above is not one and the same JESSE
REYNOLD6 named in that certain Notice of Federal Tax Lien dated October 13, 1977,
recorded in Official Records Book 275, Page 2530 of the Public Records of St.
'i Lucie County, Florida.

AND THAT he is not one and the same person as JESSE Rk'YNOLDS named in
that certain Financing Statement to BLAZER FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. recorded on

February 27, 1978 in Official Records Book 282, Page 1630 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THAT the JESSE REYNOLD6 mentioned in the Federal Tax Liens and the
Financing Statement above referred to is a nephew to the JESSE
REYNOLDS who died on ~-N • 1) - , 1959.
