is subject in every respect to the [leclara4ion of Condominium as to -the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits ~ttacherl thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles oC Incurpar.~tion,•the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, campy of sales brochure and flrr~r
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the a[oresaid Dc~-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of [ncorporation, B}•-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Uwner'.s Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reacting and examination of said I?eclaratian, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
• every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and [or the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tl~e aforedescrihed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of satd Ueclar- ~
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached theret:~n. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said 1)ecl.aration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and :agrees that the assessment under the'
Property Owner's Association documents referred Eo above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon tl:e Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the~Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his c~ndoml.nium Parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements. if may, are
as .contained in the aforesaid Declaration oE.Crnulominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums dr•e under the Property Owner's Ass~ciati~n
and other charges are estimated only. No ~~-arranty oc guaranty is made ~r intenclecl
nor may one be relied except where the same is sprcifically warranted or guaranteed
in said~Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
