ORDER AUTHORIZING ENDORSEMENT OF CHECK
This matter coming on to be heard pursuant to notice and it
appearing to the Court that C. R. McDonald, Jr., Attorney for Daniel
Maynard, is entitled to negotiate that certain United States Treasury
Department check being Check No. 84, 241,156, in the amount of 5607.41,
and to distribute same pursuant to the terms of the Separation Agreement
filed in this cause and the Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage
filed herein, and the Court being otherwise fully informed in the
premises, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. R. McDonald, Jr. be, and he is here-
by authorized to endorse said United States Treasury check and to
distribute same for attorney's fees and costs as provided by the Final
Judgment dated May 16, 1979, said Final Judgment being the Final Judgment
Of Dissolution Of Marriage in the above-captioned cause.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce his day of
