This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the -Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
BRETT ALBRECHT, born June 21, 1963, and JENNIFER ALBRECHT, }
born November 7, 1967,
PLUS $15.00 per mont toward

for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are- to begin on the
