Conocido, Comayagua, Honduras, hereby constitute, make, and appoint our son,
JOSEPH MICHAEL PEREIRA, address 10001 Mandeville Circle, City of Austin, County
of Travis, State of Texas, our true and lawful attorney is fact, for us, on our
behalf, and in our names, place, and stead, to take possession of, manage, encumber,
exchange, lease, or sell that real property now held by us jointly, and known as:
Lot 10, Block 1350, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 11, a Subdivision
according to the Flat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page
S1, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said attorney in fact is hereby given full power to sell and convey
such property, or any interest therein, without reservation of any right therein. ,
The rights, powers, and authority of said attorney in fact herein
granted shall commence and be in full force and effect on July 7, 1979 ,
and such rights, powers, and authority shall remain in full force and effect
thereafter until the completion of the sale or conveyance of the above-described
property.
