PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The petitioner, LOUIS HEIFLER, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as husband
of the decedent, and as person appointed by the Last Will and
Testament of decedent to be personal representative of decedent's
estate. Petitioners name and address are LOUIS HEIFLER, #1 E1
Porto Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and the name and
address of petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of i
this petition,
2. Decedent, SYLVIA FEINNE HEIFLER, whose last known address
was #1 E1 Porto Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, whose age was
73, and whose social security number is 127-10-5807 died on

p e 7, 1978 at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie ~
County, Florida.
3. Petitioner is the sole beneficiary of the estate.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent last,.resided in this county.
5. Petitioner is qualified under the laws of the State of
Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's estate
and is entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen-
tative because he was decedent's husband.
b. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
