I, MILDRED TERESA STRATFORD, a resident of the County of St..
Lucie, State of Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be by
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore asade by sae .
FIRST: I direct my Executor to pay out of my estate all of wy
just debts, including the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of ny property, real and personal, xherever situate, and xhether
acquired before or after the execution of this Will, including any life
insurance payable to mY estate, to my husband, THOMAS STRATFORD, to be his
absolutely.
THIRD: In the event that my husband, THOMAS STRATFORD, shall
predecease me, or shall die xith me in a common accident or disaster, or under
such circumstances as may make it impossible or difficult to determine xhich of E

us died first, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal, xherever situate, and Whether acquired
before or after the execution of this Will, including any life insurance pay-
able to my estate, to my husband's son, ROBERT sTRATFORD, my husband's
daughter, JEANNE STRATFORD HUGHES, and to my sister, EDNA JESSEAU, equally,
share and share alike, per stirpes.
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
THOMAS STRATFORD, Executor of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, excusing him
from giving any bond. I expressly confer upon said Executor full authority an
poxer to sell and convey any part or all of said estate at public or private
sale, With or without notice, as he may deem best and xithout any order of
Court. I authorize said Executor to make good and sufficient conveyances to
any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale to the same uses as herein-
before declared in the sevepal items of this, my Will. I further hereby 4
ly confer upon said Executor the authority and poxer to borrox money for the
use of my estate in any instance xhere he may think it necessary and proper, and
