I, DONALD T. LUSK, a resident of St. Lucie County, w

Florida, do hereby make, .publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and rendering void any
and all Wills and any Codicils thereto by me at any time
heretofore made.
1~ ARTICLE ONE
I direct that my remains, if any, be cremated under the
direction of my Personal Representative in compliance with any
and all existing laws or regulations pertaining thereto. I
have made arrangements with the AYCOCK FUNERAL HOME for .this
purpose and have paid for the-same.
ARTICLE TWO
I direct that my Personal Representative, hereinafter
i
named, shall first pay and discharge all of my lawful debts
and all expenses of my last illness and funeral, as soon as
conveniently and properly may be done after my death.
ARTICLE THREE
With respect to any property which I may own jointly
with one or more persons, either as joint tenants with
rights of survivorship or otherwise, I do hereby confirm the
same and direct that such property shall pass to the surviving
joint tent or tenants, as the- case may be. -
ARTICLE FOUR
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether the same be real, personal or mixed, including
C. MORRIS TILTON. specifically the proceeds of any insurance policy which is
