PETITION FOR ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
LORETTA COBB, as personal representative of the Estate -
of Forrest F. Cobb, deceased, moves the Court to enter its
Order of Summary Administration herein and as grounds there-
for would show the Court:
1. The decedent, Forrest F. Cobb, died as the
result of an automobile accident.
2. The administration of this estate was com-
menced in order to qualify the undersigned to bring
a wrongful death action on behalf of all of the sur-
vivors of Forrest F. Cobb.
3. Such action was instituted and maintained
on behalf of the following parties:
(a) Mark Cobb, the decedent's minor son;
(b) Loretta Cobb, the decedent's widow; and
(c) Estate of Forrest F. Cobb.

4. In a settlement approved by this Court, the
wrongful Heath action which was filed was settled for the
sum of $10,000.00 and distributed among the persons
entitled thereto as follows:
(a) Mark Cobb $4,545.65
(b) Loretta Cobb 1,623.45
(c) Estate of Forrest F. Cobb 324.68
(d) Attorneys' Fee 3,246.40
(e) ~ Costs 682.84

~ 5. Further, an underinsured motorist coverage
claim against the insured's own carrier was likewise settled
