6. Thus, the total assets to be administered by the
estate were $737.18. The total funds remaining for distribution
is the sum of $737.18 which under the laws of intestate suc-
cession should be distributed to the surviving spouse.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the Court will enter

its Order of Summary Administration authorizing and directing

distribution of the foregoing funds in accordance with the law ~
of intestate succession and further discharge the undersigned
personal representative and release the surety on petitioner's
bond.
