ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
This cause having come on before me on the sworn
petition of LORETTA COBB, and it appearing to the Court that
an Order of Summary Administration is appropriate and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that LORETTA COBB, as personal
representative of the above estate, -shall distribute the
remaining assets thereof as set forth in the petition in
accordance with the laws of intestate succession; it is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said LORETTA~COBB is
hereby. discharged as personal representative of the above
i
estae, and the surety on her bond is released from further
liability.
