PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner, ROGER JEWETT, as Guardian of the property
of Betty Cubbage, an incompetent because of senility, physical
deterioration and inability to manage her own affairs,
respectfully alleges:
1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain
property, which Petitioner desires to sell, described as
follows
Lots 22 and 23, block 5, TUCKER TERRACE
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 4, page 54, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and
necessary to sell the property, described above, for the
following reasons: To raise funds for support=~and main-
i tenance of the ward.

~ 3. Petitioner desires to sell the property at private

sale on the. following terms: $22,500.00 as set forth in the
Contract for Sale and Purchase a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part of this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an order be entered
authorizing him to sell the property on the terms and conditions
set forth in this Petition.
