The Petition of ROGER JEWETT for leave to sell
certain property of his ward, HSTTY CUSBAGE, coming on
this day to be heard; and it appearing to the Court that
it is to the best interest of the ward for the property to
be sold, and that notice of the Petition for leave to sell
is not deemed necessary or desirable; and the Court being
fully advised; it is
ORDERED that the guardian is authorized to sell the
following described property belonging to his ward:
Lots 22 and 23, Block 5, TUCKER TERRACE
SUBDIVISION, according to the plat .thereof
on file in Plat Book 4, page 54, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
