ROBERTA DIANE COLEMAN, Wife
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard on the portions of the Wife's
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage seeking temporary relief and
the parties hereto and their respective counsel of record having
agreed in open court that the Husband shall pay to the Wife the
sum of $200 bi-weekly, from which the Wife shall make the monthly
mortgage installment-payments, pay the utility bills and support
for the Wife and minor child and the Court being fully advised in
the premises,~it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that, commencing August 17, 1979 and bi-~
~ weekly thereafter, the Husband, Columbus Christopher Coleman III,
shall pay to the Wife, Roberta Diane Coleman, the sum of $200 for
' the support of the Wife and minor child and the monthly mortgage
~ installment payments and utility bills.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 2~ day of August, 1979.
