and the indebtedness secured by same shall not be assumable
by third party.. purchasers from mortgagor in the absence of
specific written consent of mortgagee and assumption hereof
in regular fior-m of law. Any sale of the above described
property without such written consent and assumption shall
be a default hereunder entitling mortgagee to accelerate payment
