the taws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Herman G. McCubbin and
Bertha I. McCubbin, his wife dated July 30th 19 ?5 ,and recorded i
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R• Book 242 on page
931 ,securing the payment of the sum of Twenty Trio Thousand, Eight Hundred and no/100----

covering property in the County of St. Luc ie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release end quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.. -
