BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
WILLIAM J. MIHM, who after being duly sworn, did depose and say
as follows
1. The affiant states that he was married to NINA P. MIHM
and they were husband and wife at the time they acquired title
on the 24th day of October, 1962, to that certain property situ-
ate in Dade County, Florida, and more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 13, B1oCk 4, of SUNILAND ESTATES, FIRST
ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, re-
corded in Plat Book 50, at Page 58, of the ~ _
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
2. The affiant further states that the marriage was con-
tinuous from that date up to the date of the death of NINA P.
MIHM in Dade County, Florida, on May 12, 1972.
3. During the course of the marriage of the parties, they
also acquired certain property in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more particularly described as~follows:
Lot 28, Block 1615 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 23,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 29, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
