WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated December 29 1978 , whereby
they prasieed to pay to the SUN T. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of $80 000.00
(Eighty-thousand-and-no/100-------dol are
the first payment coming due Januarv 29. 1979
Interest at
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
The West 49.65 feet of the South 370 feet of the North 400 feet of
Lot 3; and the South 370 feet of North 400 feet of Lot 4, LESS West
78 feet for U. S. #l, WHITE CITY SUBDIVISION, in Section 3, Towhship
36 South Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Mortgage recorded January 8, 1979 in Official Record Book 301, pag~
290, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and nwrtgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign
hereby ~uutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
' balance of 80 000.00 Ei ht -thousand-dolla~tje on said note be,
and the same is hereby extended to pad n the following manner:
Interst only payable on the first day of each month until r
September 1, 1979 when the first monthly installment payment
shall be due. Monthly payment in the amount of $1,035.19; apply
first to interest, balance to principal.
