2. Grantee shall construct, in accordance with city and
county specifications, paved roadways on the easements described above.
Said paved roadways to be constructed on or before one year from the data
hereof.
3. in the event said roadways are not constructed on or before
one year from the date hereof, this Easement shalt cease and desist and all
rights to said Easement conveyed to the Grantee by this instrument shall
immediately revert to the Grantor, its successors and assigns, and it shall
have the right to-immediately repossess the same.
• 4. in the event that Grantee, its employees, agents or •
contractors, etc. cause damage to the property of the Grantor in the exercise
of the privilege granted in this easement, Grantee agrees to restore any
property so damaged to its original condition.
5. It is an expressed condition of this grant of easement,
that whenever the Grantor herein, its successors and assigns, shall file or
cause to be filed, any subdivision plat or plats for record, and provision
is made-in such subdivision plat or plats for dedicated public road right-of-
way, which include the easement area described herein, then in such event,
such dedication of easement shall be valid and fully effective notwithstanding
the absence of specific joinder in such•dedication by the Grantee herein; and
it is a further condition of this grant of easement that whenever such dedi-
cation or easement aforesaid, shall appear in a subdivision plat or plats
being of record, this grant of easement shall be superseded thereby.

Before me personally appeared C. C. GRUMP and SAUL J. SACK, to
me well known to be the individuals described in and who executed the fore-
going instrument as Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary
respectively, of the abovenamed General Development Corporation, a Delaware
corporation duly authorized to transact business in the State of Florida,
and severally acknowledged to and before me that they executed such instru-
ment as such officers of said corporation, and that the seal affixed to the
foregoing instrument, is the corporate seal of said corporation and that it
was affixed to said instrument by due and regular corporate authority.
