BEFORE IqE, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
this day JACK mcCONNEII who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and sayr .
1. That he is the President of Hol~~iay Out at St. Lucie,
A Condominium, a corporation not for pr~tf it organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and as such
officer he is duly authorized to execute this discharge of
claim of lien.
2. That the indebtedness described in that certain
claim of lien on behalf of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, A
Condominium, on the 20th day of December 19'T6,- recorded in
O.R. Book 261, Page -1204 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, the lien is released with regard to the
below described real property:

3. The undersigned, en officer and agent for the lienor,
