without reference to the adequacy or inadequac;/ of the vatrce of the property naort-
gaged or to the solvency or ansolvency of said .Mortgagor or.- the. defendants, anal such
income, profits, rents, issues and revenues shall be oppliert by s,cch receiver according
to tl~e lien of this mortgage and the practice of such court.
9. The Mortgagee herein agrees to subordinate the lien of this
Mortgage to_the lien of aconstruction-permanent mortgage arranged
by the Mortgagee or his assigns.
