Lucie County, Florida, run thence West along the South line of said Lot 12 and the South line
of Lot 13 of said Subdiviston,of RUSSELL ESTATE a distance of 309.47 feet for the Point of
Beginning; thence, at right angles with satd last line, run North a distance of 165.84
feet; thence at right angles with the last mentioned line run West 150 feet; thence at right
angles to the last mentioned line run South 165.84 feet to the said South line of said Lot
13; thence run East 150 feet to the Point of Beginning. TOGETHER NITH anon-exclusive
easement for ingress and easement over that certatn private road known as "Turner Road"
parttcutarly described to that certain Right Of Nay Easement dated August 30, 1966, recorded
at 0. R. Book 155, page 51, Public Records of St, Lucte County, Florida. SUBJECT TO an
easement over the North 30 feet of the property being conveyed in fee herein; and also
subject to taxes for the current year, easements, conditions, restrictions and reservations
of record and zontng. THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED, given to correct the legal description
contained to that certain Narranty Deed fnvolvtng the parties hereto, dated Macy 5, 1978,
recorded at 0. R. Book 287, page 68, Publtc Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to sold land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
