DEED OF GUARDIAN
THIS INDENTURE, executed this 22 day of ,
1979, between ROGER JEWETT, as quardian~HETTY CUB E, an
incompetent, party of the first part, and ROBERT DAMRON and
KATHY DANRON, his Wife, party of the second part, whose mailing
address is: 3116 Ssneca Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL 33450.
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, pursuant to thQ order
of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, dated ,
1979, and in_ consideration of the premises and the sum of
$10.00, and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
convey and confirms unto the party of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever, the real-property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as:
Lots 22 and 23, Block 5, TUCKER TERRACE SUB- ~
DIVISION, according to the plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 4, page 54, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the
second part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and
with the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns,
that in all things preliminary to and in and about the sale
and this conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and
the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects.
