For value received, I, we or either of us, promise to
pay, without defalcation, to the order of FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE
501 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, the -sum of $ 18.000.00
with interest from date at the rate of. 10.25per annum, in
monthly installments as follows : S 166.75 on the 23rd day of
September , 19 79, and a like sum on the corresponding day of each
moath thereafter until the whole be fully paid.
Each installment first sh 1 be applied in payment of the
interest and then on the unpaid bale ce of the principal sum. If de-
fault is made in the payment of any nstallment when due, and such
default continues 30 days, t e a e option of the holder, and with- ~
out any other notice, all th ema' ing inst;a-llments shall be due and r
payable at once. Privilege give to pr ~ay this note in whole or
