` .Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of. this Receipt, acknowledles
that this purchase of a condominium unit at O(:EAN VILLAGIi OF IIUI'C11IN.SON ISI.IWI~
is subject in every respect to the Ik:claration of Condominium as to the condominium
_ in which his unit is located and Fxl~ihits attached thereto, including but not
' limited to (whether the same are attached to the Ueclaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure ~md floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, Property Owner's Association; and I'urcliaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examinatiwi of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, a~td acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and ma~iage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rn•chaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of tl~e terms acid provisions of said Dkclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (ltaners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominican parcel being com?eyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser ass~m~es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, rept-ese~ttations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses aril tl~e scans due wider the Property Owner's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the .same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
