Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rn•chaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of tl~e terms acid provisions of said Dkclaration of Condo- minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property (ltaners' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominican parcel being com?eyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser ass~m~es the obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, rept-ese~ttations and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there- to, and the common expenses aril tl~e scans due wider the Property Owner's Association and other charges arc estimated only.
