ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPY
OF WILL TO RECORD
The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated copy -
of the Last Will and Testament of DORIS E. STEIGER, Deceased, having
been duly admitted to probate and record in the Surrogate's Court,
of New York, a Court of probate jurisdiction; .and the Court finding
that the Will of the decedent complies with the laws of Florida as -
as to form and execution, and that it devises real property located
in this County, owned by the decedent at-the time of her death; said
property described as
Lots 9, 1Q, 11, 12, 13 and the South 4 feet of 14, Block 5,
B. S. HARRIS DUBDIVISION according to the p-lat thereof recorded
-in Plat Book 3, Page 5, St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records.
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, Block 6, RIO-ST. LUCIE SUBDIVISION,
according to plat-thereof filed March 27,-1925 in Plat Book 4,
Page 99, St. Lucie County, Florida Public Records. (Now Martin County)
and the Court finding that a--duly authenticated copy of the Will,..
the Petition for Probate and the Order admitting them to probate in
the proper court of the domiciliarq state have been filed herein by
the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that-the authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testa-
ment of DORIS E. STEIGER, deceased is admitted to probate according
to law, as and for Che last will of the decedent, and it is further
ADJUDGED that EUGENE P. STEIGER is .appointed personal represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent, and that upon taking the pre-
~ scribed oath, filing designation of resident agent and acceptance, ~~i-
ancillary letters of
administration shall be issued.
