both real and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I
die possessed, or over which I have power of disposition, or any
interest whatsoever, unto my daughter, NANCY STEWART WILSON, per
stirpes.

I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, SADIB T. STEWART, to
act as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve -
without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing
- of inventory, appraisal or appointment. of appraisers, as required
by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said Executrix the
right to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at public or
private sale;. and, in the event my wife, SADIE T. STEWART, shall
predecease me, or be unwilling or unable to act, then in either
event, I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter, NANCY STEWART
WILSON, to act in her stead, giving and granting said Executrix
the-same powers, rights, waivers and excuse from bond as herein-
before set out for my wife as Executrix; and,- in the event my
daughter, NANCY STEWART WILSON, shall predecease me, or be unwill-
ing or unable to-act, then in eitKer event, I hereby nominate and
appoint the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking cor-

` poration with trust powers, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor,
to act in her stead, giving and granting said Executor the same
powers, rights, waivers and excuse from bond as hereinbefore set
out for my wife as Executrix. - -
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this, my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this ~ day of April, 1977.
