do hereby make, publish and declare this my East Will .and Testament,
= hereby revoking and rendering void any and all Wills and any Codicils
thereto by me at at~y time heretofore made:
1TEM ONE 1
I direct that my personal representative, hereinafter named,
- shall first pay and discharge all of my lawful debts and all expenses of
' my last illness and funeral, as soon as cxr~~eniently and properly may be
done after my death.
ITEM TWO
With respect to any property which I map own jointly with one
or more persons, either as joint tenants with rights of survivorship or
j otherwise, I do hereby confirm the same and direct that such property
shall pass to the surviving joint tenant or tenants, as the case may be.
ITEM THREE -
I give, devise and bequeath all my silver, with the exception of
my Silver Tea Service and Tray, to my granddaughter, KIMBERLY
ANN WRIGHT . And also my Haviland China.
ITEM FOUR
All of the ~ rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
the same be real, personal or mixed, including specifically the proceeds
of any insurance policy which is payable to . my estate or to my Executr
