and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath to
my daughter, ROSEMARY WRIGflT, absolutely and in fee simple, if she
survives me for ten (10) days.
ITEM FIVE
In the event my daughter, ROSEMARY WRIGHT, predeceases me,
I then give, devise and_ bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate to my grandchildren, KIMBERLY ANN WRIGHT, CHRIST OPHER
ABBOT WRIGflT and DAVID BRIAN WRIGHT, share and share alike or
itie survivor or survivor-s thereof.
ITEM S1A
I name, nominate, constitute and_ appoint my daughter, ROSEMAR
WRIGHT, Executrix of this my Last x1311 and Testament, and direct that
she shall serve without giving bond, hereby giving and granting unto my
said Executrix full power and authority to sell and dispose of property
- of which imay -die -possessed, whether the -same be real, persoc~al or - -
mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate, and upon such price,
terms and conditions as she in her sole and unrestricted discretion may
see fit, and without order of Court.
ITEM SEVEN
1n the event that my said daughter cannot serve as such Executrix
for any reasoai whatsoever, then. I nominate and appoint my granddaughter,
KIMBERLY ANN WRIGHT, as Alternate Executrix, she also to serve
without giving bond and to have the same powers as described in Item
F
Six above.
I have signed this Will consisting of this and one other typewritten
