The Petitioner, HELEN R. RENDALL, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse and sole beneficiary under the decedent's last Will.

2. Decedent, CHARLES E. RENDALL, whose last known address was
7205 Atlantic Avenue, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, whose
age was 68 years, and whose ~ocial Security Number was 148-03-2666,

died on October 29, 1978, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. So far as is lfnown, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their .addresses-and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
