6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this.
Estate are as follows:
Potential wrongful death claim arising out
of automobile accident - approximate: ~ $15,000.00
7. Petitioner is unaware_of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
' 8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated August 1,
- 1975, and subscribed by CHARLES B. BECAT and JUDITH L.-VASSAR, as

attesting witnesses, accompanies this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that the Petitioner be appointed personal
representative of the Florida Bstate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
_ the foregoing and_the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
