I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain-
der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real and -
personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die possessed,
or over which I have power of disposition, or any interest whatso-
ever, unto my son CHARLES F. KENDALL, per stirpes. -
SIXTH
I hereby nominate and .appoint ~y wife, HELEN tc. RENDALL, to
act as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing
of inventory, appraisal or appointment of appraisers, as required
by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said Executrix the
right to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at public or

~'private sale; and, in the event my wife, HELEN R. KENDALL, shall
predecease me, or be. unwilling or unable to act, then in either
event, I hereby nominate and appoint my son, CHARLES F. KENDALL,
and my brother, WILLIAM E. KENDALL, to act in her. stead,, giving
and granting said Co-Executors the same powers, rights, waivers
and excuse from bond as hereinbefore set out for my wife as Execu-
trix; and, in the event my son, CHARLES F. KENDAJ.L, and my brother,
WILLIAM E. KENDALL, shall predecease me, or be unwilling or unable
to act_, then in either event,. I hereby nominate and appoint, SUN
BATflC OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation with trust
powers, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its successor, to act in their
stead, giving end granting said Executor-the same powers, rights,
