1. Petitioner is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Executor
of the Estate of Goldie E. Muceio, by appointment on December 5, 1978,
of Trumbull County, Ohio Common Pleas Court, Probate Division.
2. Petitioner's decedent, Goldie~E. Muecio, died testate in _
TruTnbull County, Ohio November 16, 1978. -
3. Said decedent had an interest in real property in the City

of Port/~iueie, County of St;a Lucie arxi State of Florida, evidenced by
deed recorded fn Book 232, Page 156, of the Circuit Court Records.
4. By Item 2 of said will, all of decedent's .property is given -
to her husband Joseph J. Muccio, the petitioner.

the Florida probate code.
S. Authenticated espies of decedent's will, petition for probate,
