TAIS CAUSE came on regularly for hearing before the above

Court on the complaint of the plaintiff= plaintiff a
JOSEPE J. DEROSS, JR., Esq., his attorney, and the defendant,
DENNIS ROBERT DAIGE not appearing, either in person or by attorney.
The default on the defendant for failure to answer or otherwise
appear having been entered by the Clerk, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the final judgment duly made and
entered by the supreme court of the State of New York in and for
Suffolk County on October 27,.1975, in favor of RIVERHEAD BUILDING
SUPPLY CORP., plaintiff in this action and against DENNIS ROBERT
DAIGE, defendant herein, wherein plaintiff was awarded a Judgment
z in-the amount of $6,818.40, be, and the same hereby is, established

as a foreign judgment in full force and effect. .

It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there is now due
` and owing at this date from defendant to plaintiff the sum of
