YOU ARE HEREBY REQUIRED TOC SHOW CAUSE, if any you can,
before the Honorable J ~ Judge of the
above entitled. Court, on the day of ~e~T~?'~ 8 ~ /2 ,
1979, -at 'oo /rt , in Chambers at ~rn~ /O/ ~T /7~~='F , Florida:
1.- Why the claimed property should not be taken from
your possession and delivered to the Plaintiff.
2. Service of this Rule to Show Cause with the attached
Complaint in Replevin shall be made upon the Defendant by
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, not later than a ~9 7 9 ,
but not sooner than 1-~y4uS7 ~7f /9~g _
3. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall personally
~ serve the Defendant as provided by law, or in the event that
the Sheriff shall find such service not to be possible, the
said Sheriff shall post this Rule to Show Cause together
with the Summons and attached Complaint on or in the claimed
property, or on the main entrance of the Defendant's place
of business. Said non-personal service, if necessitated and
if made as provided herein, shall be effective to afford
