ORDER ON MODIFICATION AGREEMENT a
THIS CAUSE having come_on to be heard by the under-
signed Judge, upon the Husband's Petition for Modification,-and
this Court having considered the Modification Agreement of the
parties, and otherwise being duly advised in the premises,
ORDERS AND ADJUDGES as follows:
1. That the Modification Agreement dated June 27,
1979, by and between GAYLE GILMAN ARTZ and ALANi ARTZ, is attached
hereto by reference as Exhibit #1, as though fully set forth--Mere-
in.
2. That said provisions of the Modification Agreement,
annexed as Exhibit ~1 to this Order, are hereby ratified by this
Court and made a part of this Order, and further, this Court's
Final Judgment dated August 27, 1975, is hereby amended and
f
modified to the extent indicated in the new Modification Agree-
ment dated June 27,-1979 which-was signed by GAYLE GILMAN ARTZ
on June 15, 1979 and signed by ALAN ARTZ on June 27, 1979! To
the extent that the provisions in that certain Final Judgment
dated August 27, 1975 are not in conflict with this Modifica~
tion Order, said provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Further, both parties are ordered to take whatever
action is reasonable and necessary to, and conduct themselves in_
a manner conducive with, carrying out the intent and purpose of
this Modification Order.
DONE AND ORDERED at Port Pierce, St. Lucie County
