I
regard to all matters of policy involving the child, such as his
health and education, the parties shall confer with a view to
adopting a harmonious attitude best calculated to promote the
child's welfare. To:that extent, the Father grants and..gtves
his consent to the Mother that the child shall be permitted to
.enroll in any school of the Mother's choosing in Canada. The
parties shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain free access
and to create a feeling of affection between themselves and the
child. Neither shall do anything to hamper the natural develop-
ment of the child's love and respect for the other party.
The Father shall continue to pay child support
in the amount of Two Nundred Dollars C3Z00.00) per month, to the
Mother, for the benefit of the child, until the child reaches the '
age of eighteen (18), marries, or otherwise becomes self-supporting,
subject to the following: The Father shall not be responsible for -
roundtrip plane tickets for the twice-annual visits of the child,
and the responsibility for said plane fares shall rest with the
Mother. Therefore, if the Mother does not pay for the plane fare,
the child support payments may be reduced only by the amount of
the plane flights; however, the Mother has the right to pay for
these flights herself without any deduction from the child support
' by the Father.
(C) The Father shall continue to pay child support
payments through the Clerk's Office and/or the Trustee's Office
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and he shall be responsible for the
Cler-k's fee, or money transmittal fee, with regard to processing
these payments.
(D ~ With regard to the second full paragraph of
paragraph 2 of that Agreement dated July Z8, 1975, the Father
shall not be responsible for private schooling during the child's
E minority so long as he Lives in Canada; however, he will continue
to have the duty of paying for any college or higher educational
endeavors the child Wray desire to pursue, in accordance with that
