- DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of August, 1979
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determiness~ This Court has jurisdiction of the parties •
and subject matter of this suit; the relation of Husband and-Wife
now exists between the parties; that the marYiage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be di:~solved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED'as follows:
1. The marriage between SOTERIOS G. KOUKOS and BEVERLY R.
KOUKOS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

~ therefrom.

2. Custody of PAUL KOUKOS.and DANIEL KOUKOS, minor children
i
~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to BEVERLY R. KOUKOS with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to SOTERIOS G. KOUKOS.
3. Commencing the 20th day of August, 1979 SO'TERIOS G. KOUKOS
shall pay to BEVERLY R. KOUKOS the sum of $45 each and every week for
the support of the minor children named above. Each payments shall
be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
BEVERLY R. KOUKOS. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
$2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
