4. That the dwelling and marital home located at 2805
Placid Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida is to be appraised by an
Appraiser selected by counsel of record for each of the parties as
to the current value of said real property and dwelling. That the
Wife, BEVERLY R. KOUKOS, by appropriate instrument shall convey to

the Husband her interest in the marital dwelling above described
upon payment by him to the Wife of one-half of the appraised value
of said real property Iess the outstanding mortgages~_of $31,000.
~In the event the Husband is unable to pay the full amount in cash
to the Wife after such appraisal then a third note-and mortgage
payment may be worked out between the parties hereto permitting
the Husband to make such payments to the Wife. The Husband shall
be responsible for and pay the appraiser's fee in arriving at the
current value of the said marital dwelling above set out.

the marital dwelling the boys bedroom furniture and furnishings now
located therein together with a division of the crystal, silver,
dishes, china and wedding gifts to be agreed upon between the parties.

6. That the Husband by appropriate instrument shall convey
his interest in the 1977 Ford van to the Wife and shall be responsible
for and pay the outstanding lien thereon. The Wife shall have the

title and ownership of said 1.977 Ford van vehicle.

7. The Husband, SOTERIOS G. KOUKOS, shall pay to Errol S.
Willes the sum of $500 to apply on his attorney's fee for $is service
herein in representing the Wife and the costs herein in the amount of
$ 48.50 .
8. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
