THIS CAUSE having come before the Court ex parte on
the oral-motion of the Plaintiff for an order directing the
-Clerk of this Court to not-dismiss the above-styled case for
lack of prosecution on September 11, 1979, and the Court being
- otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk~of Circuit Court
. shall not and he is hereby ordered not to dismiss the above-styled
case for lack of prosecution.
