2 being junior and inferior only to a-prior first agrtgage from
Joseph Rusignuolo and Linda Rusignuolo, his wife to Ralph F. Shaffer and
Ruth Shaffer, his wife, in the original principal amount of X20,000.00,
dated April 1, 1974 and recorded in 0. R. Book 225, Page 2401, public
records of St Lucie County, Florida.
By agreea~ent of Mortgagor and Mortgagee on file with Mortgagee, the within
Mortgage secures not only an existing indebtedness, but also ADVANCES
to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor the aggregate.of which
will equal the principal amount specified in the promissory note
secured hereby.
