WITNSSSETH:
The Grantors, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
$10.00, and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
fir~as unto-the Grantee, and to his heirs and assigns forever, that
certain real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows: '
Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 9, Replat of SURFSIDE PLAZA Unit 1,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Hook 8,
page 7, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging to or in anywise appertaining to that real
property. -
- TO HAVE AND-TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and to his heirs
and assigns; in fee simple forever. -
AND Grantors. do covenant to and with the Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and about this
conveyance, the_laws of the State of Florida have been followed and
complied with in all respects.
