All fixtures, appliances, apparatus, equipment,
heating and air conditioning equipment, machinery .and
articles of personal property and replacements-thereof
now or hereafter affixed to, attached to, placed-upon,
or used in any way in connection with the complete and
comfortable use, occupancy or operation of the real
property described below (hereinafter referred to as the
"real property"), which real property is leased by Debtor._
All licenses and permits used or required in connec-
tion with the use of said real property, all subleases of said
real property now or hereafter entered into and all right,
title and interest of debtor thereunder, including without
limitation,~cash or securities deposited thereunder
pursuant to said subleases, and 'all rents, issues, proceeds
and profits accruing from said real property.
All proceeds of the conversion, voluntary or involun-
tary, of any of the above-described items of personal
property into cash or liquidated claims, including without
limitation, proceeds of insurance and condemnation awards.

From the Southeast corner of the West 1/2 of the Northwest
1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East,-St. Lucie County, Florida, run West along
the South--line of the said Northwest 1/4 ofs the Northeast
1/4 346.67 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-day
line for U.S. Highway Number 1, thence run Northwesterly
along said right-of-way line 112.53 feet to the point of
beginning, thence continue Northwesterly along said right-
~ of-way line 100 feet, thence run East parallel with the
South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 a
distance of 300 feet, thence run Southeasterly 99.99
feet to a point that is 300 feet East of the point of
beginning, thence run West 300 feet to the point of beginning.
Less and except the East 25 feet thereof (as measured due
East and West) . -
